Shipping Info Most Orders ship in 5-10 business days after receipt of payment is verified. All Candles are made when you order. Longer time may occur depending on the season & size of your order. If we anticipate a delay in your shipping we will notify you by e-mail. We ship using UPS or USPS depending on the size of your order and location. Breakage and or any other damage must be reported to UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or USPS at www.usps.com. Report a problem to UPS or USPS and Griffen's Soy Candles immediately. Insurance is required and is included in the shipping cost.
North Carolina residents have to pay 6.5% state tax. South Carolina residents have to pay 7.0% state tax.

Return Policy Our main concern is your satisfaction and we will resolve any problems that may occur. Please contact us within 48 hours if a problem has occurred, after 48 hours we will assume the order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time. Sorry we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned. Any returned items must be in original/unused condition. All products are available in small quantities. We suggest if ordering a new product, please order a small quantity to ensure that it meets your specific needs. Shipping Charges are not refunded and buyer must pay shipping for returned items. Customer must call us at 704-283-0254 for authorization on returns.
**Disclaimer** Griffen's Soy Candles is not responsible for improper use or burning of our products. Failure to follow proper burning instructions could result in fire hazard or injury. Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings or any flammable materials. Keep wick centered and trimmed to 3/8" to ensure even burning and prevent flame from becoming too large. Burn candles only on a stable heat resistant surface for not more than 4 hours at a time. Keep out of drafts. Never put a burning candle near curtains or other Flammable materials. Discontinue use when only 1/2" of wax remains in bottom. Do not move while candle is burning or wax is hot or melted. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Griffen's Soy Candles will not be responsible for any damages or losses of any kind due to the use of our products. It is your responsibility to follow ALL burning instructions carefully.
